elcome to Evans Farms community website. Evans Farms is a family friendly neighborhood which is located on the corner of Post Road and Highway 20 in Cumming, GA. There are 211 homes in our community. There are two tennis courts and also a swimming pool with dumping buckets. Evans Farms is located in the Sawnee Elementry, Liberty Middle, and West Forsyth High School districts in Forsyth County.
